  Now available, we know you will love our Dry Rosé! Perfect for sipping with so many foods, including lunch and lighter fare at a picnic or barbecue, this wine is a complex blend of Lemberger (Blaufränkisch), Zweigelt, and Cabernet Franc. Malolactic fermentation developed a beautiful and uncommon soft texture. Hints of cherry shine on the palate.
• 2021 RIESLING HUMPHREYS VINEYARD
  Classicly dry, with delicate hints of apple blossoms, this is a favorite wine. Made from single vineyard fruit from Humphreys Vineyard. Outstanding with roasted poultry and broiled fish.  Awarded Editor's Choice and 92 points in Wine Enthusiast Magazine for the 2019 vintage.
• 2021 CLASSIC CHARDONNAY
  A perennial favorite! Using both stainless steel and barrel fermentation imparts a sense of creaminess while allowing bright fruit notes from the 2021 vintage to shine through. Savor honeydew melon with hints of nectarine in the finish. Perfect with chicken, seafood, and wide range of cheeses.

  A zesty blend of Vidal Blanc and Moscato varieties, this wine is named after what early settlers called Keuka Lake. Pick up grapefruit and orange with a hint of sweetness in this classic Keuka Spring wine.
