It's not such a well-kept secret anymore: our Finger Lakes Region can produce some wonderful red wines! Since 2014 we have eliminated oak from our red wines to allow the uniquely vibrant fruit flavors of the grapes to dance on the palate. The feedback from our customers has been very gratifying.
