Our very popular and refreshing Dry Rosé is a lovely wine to enjoy with lighter food at lunch and dinner, or all by itself. Beneath its light garnet hue is a complex blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Lemberger. The winemaking team used secondary (malolactic) fermentation to develop a beautiful soft texture that is uncommon in Dry Rosés. Stone fruit and hints of maraschino cherry shine on the palate. Try a nicely-chilled glass with a slice of wood-fired pizza, grilled ratatouille, cheese dishes, tandoori chicken, or salmon burgers. Perfect for your summer picnic or barbecue!
This beautiful and distinctive wine is true to its name: gewürz means spiced or perfumed in German. Floral on the nose, rich fruit notes on the palate, long, clean and soft on the finish. Enjoy this exceptional wine as an apéritif with dried fruits and cheeses, paired with curries, or with spicy sausages and sauerkraut.
Our 2017 vintage was awarded the 2018 Governor's Cup for Best Wine in New York from among 800 entries. That vintage is sold out. We are awaiting competition results for this new 2018 vintage.
A delectable, "off-dry", refreshing Riesling with wonderful fruit. White peach, apple, and gentle floral character lend to a soft finish. A premium example of Finger Lakes Riesling. Enjoy it with grilled checken, salmon, crab, cream soups gouda or cheddar cheese, Caesar salads, or just about anything!

Miller's Cove Red has received many Gold Medals and has been awarded Best in Show and Best New York State Red Wine three times.

Crooked Lake Red is a smooth, off-dry red wine with rich plum and cherry flavors that dance in your mouth. A particularly low level of tannin in Crooked Lake Red make it a great "introductory" red wine for white wine drinkers looking to broaden their tastes!

Refreshing and balanced, with mandarin orange, classic lychee character and a long finish. Rich density of flavor. Enjoy with pork tenderloin and five-spice rub, heavier meats (this will hold up to red meat), coq au vin, alfredo sauce, curry, and German foods.
This is the very first Gewürztraminer produced from our estate vineyard located here on our farm. Our Wiltberger Vineyard Gewürztraminer is stylistically distinct from our usual take on Gewürztraminer. Simultaneously richer and yet more delicate, the wine has a slight sweetness that highlights the pretty floral characteristics and unique fruit tones.
Cabernet Franc grapes grow happily in our cool Finger Lakes climate and glacial soil. This beautiful varietal is dry and smooth, with hints of cherries, soft tannins and a little light pepperiness in the finish.
Pairing ideas: Peppery or barbecued beef; lamb cooked in herbs; goat cheese quiche. Serve at cool room temperature.
Gift ideas: For red wine enthusiasts, here is a delicious example of the classic red varietal of the Finger Lakes.
Lemberger is an Austrian grape grown selectively in the Finger Lakes. This wine has an earthy nose with wonderful smooth black cherry and pomegranate tones. Fuller than a Pinot Noir, try our lemberger with pork loin, burgers, and steaks.
A classic dry Riesling, with delicate hints of apple blossoms. Our driest Riesling, well-received in Europe and at tastings. Humphreys Vineyard, located on Seneca Lake, is meticulously managed by Harry Humphreys. Its unique east-west orientation creates clean and delicious fruit and consistently balanced and intense Rieslings. This wine would be nice with roasted poultry (chicken, Cornish hens) or broiled fish. 91 pts., Wine Enthusiast Magazine.
Open with bright, fresh fruit ad a nose of pear, pineapple, and passion fruit. Finishes with a touch of sweetness and peach and apricot flavors.. Perfect with spice, pork tenderloin, or on its own.
Aromas and flavors of stone fruits leap to the senses with our luscious Semi-Sweet Riesling. Abundant natural tartness beautifully balances the sweetness of the finish. (3.5% RS)

Our rich Epic Reserve, crafted from 100% Finger Lakes Cabernet Sauvignon, features ripe berry notes. While fermenting, we "rack and return" the wines -- called délestage in French -- to increase oxygenation and improve extraction of color, flavor and tannin. The result is a wine of distinction and depth, that pairs beautifully with juicy meats like steaks, pork roasts or chops, pasta with white or red sauces, and other hearty dishes. Serve at cool room temperature (60-65 F). Bring a bottle to dinner with friends!
A rich, classic Merlot. Dry, smooth, soft, and mellow, with depth and black cherry and plum tones. Enjoy with pasta, red meat, chicken cacciatore, and steaks.
We ferment and age our very dry Chardonnay in a blend of French and American oak barrels to impart a lovely toasted vanilla aroma and creamy finish to the delicate fruit notes of this wine. Chardonnay was one of the four original wines that inaugurated Keuka Spring Vineyards back in 1986, and remains a perennial favorite of our customers today.
Pairing ideas: Grilled salmon, risottos, pasta with white (cream- or cheese-based) sauces, steamed or grilled shellfish, spring vegetables. Serve chilled.
A combination of Seyval Blanc, a wonderfully dry, crisp and fruity wine, and Chardonnay, which brings ripe fruit and smoothness. This vintage highlights tropical fruit and guava on the nose, which lead to round and full fruit character with a crisp finish.
A nose of passion fruit and orange blossom opens to a wine graced with aromas of juicy yellow plum and lemon peel. Dried apricot finish. Savor the bouquet by swirling and smelling before tasting. Sip this semi-sweet wine chilled, with lemon-roasted chicken or artichokes French, or with appetizers such as hummus and pita, or wifresh vegetables and dip.
Clara's Red is a fruity, sweet and refreshing wine with hints of ripe cherries, in honor of our co-owner and -founder Len Wiltberger's grandmother Clara, who loved wines with vibrant grape flavor. A great casual wine to relax and rejuvenate!
Pairing ideas: Perfect for pasta, pizza, or wings. Serve chilled.
Serving ideas: Enjoy a chilled glass (or two!) on the deck, make Sangria, or use in a spritzer.
Crooked Lake White is a zesty blend of Vidal Blanc and Vignoles with sensations of grapefruit and orange, and just a hint of sweetness in background. Serve it chilled as a crisp, refreshing complement to lighter fare, vegetable soups, and salads. Early settlers called Keuka Lake "Crooked Lake".
