Taste your way through the vineyard! These wines are all made from grape varietals grown
in the vineyard adjacent to our tasting room. Our September Vineyard Walk & Tasting
particpants had the opportunity to taste these grape varietals just before harvest.
Just released! A favorite of our staff, enjoy our Dry Riesling with crab cakes or roast chicken. The touch of citrus zest and a rich texture complement the long, clean finish created by malolactic (secondary) fermentation.
We love the versatility of this dry white wine! Crisp and bright with classic citrus, apple, and pear notes, our Pinot Gris will pair delicioiusly with charcuterie, chicken, turkey, seafood, hearty vegetable dishes, salads, and soft cheeses.
With a nose and palate of apricots and nectarines, this sumptious Gewürztraminer falls between semi dry and semi sweet. Our winemaker selected the richest lots for this white wine after a special treatment of cold soaks, slow fermentation, and aging. Limited production.
There is nothing like a true-to-terroir, sumptous and silky Pinot Noir! This NY dry red wine exhibits classic ripe cherry notes and a smooth, earthy mid-palate. One year of oak treatment balances the finish. Enjoy this equally as versatile cousin of Pinot Gris with filet mignon, ham, venison, pork tenderloin, stuffed mushrooms, and tangy blue cheese.
Blaufränkisch, also known as Lemberger, is an Austrian grape grown selectively in the Finger Lakes. This wine has an earthy nose with wonderful smooth black cherry and pomegranate tones. Fuller than a Pinot Noir, try our Blaufränkisch with pork loin, burgers, and steaks.
