Blaufränkisch, also known as Lemberger, is an Austrian grape grown selectively in the Finger Lakes.  This wine has an earthy nose with wonderful smooth black cherry and pomegranate tones.  Fuller than a Pinot Noir, try our Blaufränkisch with pork loin, burgers, and steaks.

This wine is dry and smooth, with hints of cherries, soft tannins and a little light pepperiness in the finish.

Early settlers called Keuka Lake "Crooked Lake." Delight in this zesty blend of Vidal Blanc and Vignoles with notes of grapefruit and orange, and a hint of sweetness.

Just released!  A favorite of our staff, enjoy our Dry Riesling with crab cakes or roast chicken. The touch of citrus zest and a rich texture complement the long, clean finish created by malolactic (secondary) fermentation.

A classic dry Riesling, with delicate hints of apple blossoms. Our driest Riesling, and a single vineyard wine from Humphreys Vineyard.

A delectable, "off-dry", refreshing Riesling with wonderful fruit.  White peach, apple, and gentle floral character lead to a soft finish.  A premium example of Finger Lakes Riesling.

This single-vineyard wine from our estate Riesling block dances on the palate with ripe stone fruit notes enriched by beautiful natural sweetness.   Wiltberger Vineyard Riesling is a limited production wine, available for tasting and sale only in our tasting room and here on our website.

Aromas and flavors of peach and apricot leap to the senses with our luscious Semi Sweet Riesling.  Abundant natural tartness beautifully balances the sweetness of the finish.

Our exotic Saperavi is dark, rich and alluring.  The Saperavi grape originated in the Eastern European country of Georgia.  Deep in color, with bright berry and spice notes, medium body and soft tannins, it particularly complements beef and lamb dishes, and tarter cheeses like chèvre.

A blend Seyval Blanc and Chardonnay, this vintage highlights tropical fruit and guava on the nose, which lead to full fruit character with a crisp finish.

Fresh, new vintage!  93 Points and Gold Medal, 2020/21 New York Wine Classic competition.  A nose of passion fruit and orange blossom opens to a wine graced with aromas of juicy yellow plum and lemon peel.  Dried apricot finish.
