Cabernet Franc grapes grow happily in our cool Finger Lakes climate and glacial soil. This beautiful varietal is dry and smooth, with hints of cherries, soft tannins and a little light pepperiness in the finish.

Lemberger is an Austrian grape grown selectively in the Finger Lakes. This wine has an earthy nose with wonderful smooth black cherry and pomegranate tones. Fuller than a Pinot Noir, try our lemberger with pork loin, burgers, and steaks.
Our rich Epic Reserve, crafted from 100% Finger Lakes Cabernet Sauvignon, features ripe berry notes. While fermenting, we "rack and return" the wines -- called délestage in French -- to increase oxygenation and improve extraction of color, flavor and tannin. The result is a wine of distinction and depth, that pairs beautifully with juicy meats like steaks, pork roasts or chops, pasta with white or red sauces, and other hearty dishes. Serve at cool room temperature (60-65 F). Bring a bottle to dinner with friends!

We ferment and age our very dry Chardonnay in a blend of French and American oak barrels to impart a lovely toasted vanilla aroma and creamy finish to the delicate fruit notes of this wine. Chardonnay was one of the four original wines that inaugurated Keuka Spring Vineyards back in 1986, and remains a perennial favorite of our customers today.
Pairing ideas: Grilled salmon, risottos, pasta with white (cream- or cheese-based) sauces, steamed or grilled shellfish, spring vegetables. Serve chilled.
A combination of Seyval Blanc, a wonderfully dry, crisp and fruity wine, and Chardonnay, which brings ripe fruit and smoothness. This vintage highlights tropical fruit and guava on the nose, which lead to round and full fruit character with a crisp finish.
