2019 DRY ROSÉ
Our very popular and refreshing Dry Rosé is a lovely wine to enjoy with lighter food at lunch and dinner, or all by itself. Beneath its light garnet hue is a complex blend of Lemberger, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The winemaking team used secondary (malolactic) fermentation to develop a beatiful soft texture that is uncommon in Dry Rosés. Stone fruit and hints of maraschino cherry shine on the palate. Try a nicely chilled glass with a slice of wood-fired pizza, grilled ratatouille, cheese dishes, tandoori chicken, or salmon burgers. Perfect for your summer picnic or barbecue!

So its flavor profile definitely speaks to the Finger Lakes of New York rather than the Mediterranean coast of France.
