This Pinot Noir truly expresses cool climate Finger Lakes terroir. Even though Pinot Noir grapes can be labor-intensive and fussy to grow, this dry red wine is sumptous and silky, with classic ripe cherry notes and a smooth, earthy mid-palate. A year of oak-aging balances the finish.
