2024 DRY ROSÉ
The 2024 growing season in the Finger Lakes was remarkably favorable, with minimal rainfall and an abundance of warm, dry days leading into harvest. This ideal weather allowed fruit in the vineyard to achieve full ripeness while maintaining vibrant acidity.
Sourced from multiple sites on the Bluff of Keuka Lake, our Dry Rosé originates from Simmons Vineyards—certified sustainable, eastward-facing vineyards that bask in the gentle morning sun. This extended sun exposure nurtures even ripening throughout the season, giving our team the luxury of harvesting at peak expression.
To enhance both color and flavor, the grapes underwent a brief period of skin contact before most components were vinified using the saignée method. This technique allows for a delicate extraction, preserving the wine’s purity while limiting tannin influence.
The result is a bright, refreshing Dry Rosé that beautifully balances delicate fruit flavors with a crisp, natural tartness—an elegant and expressive reflection of both the season and the land.
