Taste your way through the vineyard! These wines are all made from varietals grown in the vineyard adjacent to our tasting room. Participants in our Vineyard Walk & Tasting in September had the opportunity to taste these grapes just before harvest. Enjoy these finished vintages with a variety of fall foods. • 2021 BLÄUFRANKISCH (LEMBERGER)
  This Austrian varietal grows so happily here in the Finger Lakes terroir. Daily rack-and-return during fermentation provided additional color, flavor, and tannins to this dry red wine. Our Lemberger opens with cherry aromas and smoky, spicy notes. The soft texture and lingering finish pair perfectly with lamb roasted in herbs, kebabs, duck breast, and Gouda cheeses.

• 2021 CLASSIC CHARDONNAY
  A perennial favorite dry white wine. Barrel fermentation imparts a lovely creaminess, while the bright fruit notes from a cool growing season shine through. With notes of honeydew melon and nectarine, this Finger Lakes wine brings out the rich, buttery taste of chicken and complements seafood and a wide range of cheeses.

• 2021 CLASSIC RIESLING
  The best of Finger Lakes Riesling, cool climate wine is highlighted in this semi dry white wine, with brigh citrusy aromas, lush texture, and a touch of sweetness. Enjoy with pork and turkey, or spicy Thai, Indian, and Far Eastern cuisine.

• 2021 CLASSIC GEWÜRZTRAMINER
  An aromatic white wine, our Classic Gewurtraminer is a prime example of what Finger Lakes wine can be. Enjoy an amazing complexity of flavor and texture in the finished product from a not so easy to grow grape. Floral and spice, a dried fruit character, and a big, round mouth-feel make this semi dry wine a perfect pair with sausage and sauerkraut, curries, as an aperitif with mild cheeses.

• 2021 SEMI SWEET RIESLING
  Rich and opulent, this semi sweet white wine fills the mouth with the sensation of peaches. Much of the fruit is directly from our own Wiltberger Vineyard. Bring this Riesling to your Thanksgiving table, or enjoy it with that spicy dish you love while watching the game or on a cool fall evening.

• 2022 VIGNOLES 
  Ah, Vignoles. This semi-sweet, fruity wine will surely lure you in. Its tropical and orange blossom bouquet must be savored before tasting its luscious and vibrant citrus and apricot notes. Pair this white wine with lemon-seasoned dishes, artichokes French, spicy cuisine, and appetizers.
