Returns & Cancellations
We care deeply about our customers' enjoyment of our wines. We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is flawed. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement or refund.
We regret that we are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
If you have received a flawed wine, please contact Nicky Maher at 315-536-3147 for information about returning or refunding the wine.
Any order that is canceled will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
