• 2023 DRY ROSÉ
  We know you will love our Dry Rosé! Perfect for sipping with so many foods, including lunch and lighter fare at a picnic or barbecue, this wine is a complex blend of Lemberger (Blaufränkisch), Zweigelt, and Cabernet Franc. Malolactic fermentation developed a beautiful and uncommon soft texture. Hints of cherry shine on the palate.
• 2022 CLASSIC CHARDONNAY
  A perennial favorite! Using both stainless steel and barrel fermentation imparts a sense of creaminess while allowing bright fruit notes from this vintage to shine through. Savor honeydew melon with hints of nectarine in the finish. Perfect with chicken, seafood, and wide range of cheeses.
• 2021 PINOT GRIS
  So versatile it complements many foods-charcuterie, chicken salad, vegetables and cheeses being some-- well. Crisp classic citrus, apple, and pear notes will lure you in to enjoyment with this wine as you finish with a soft texture.
• 2023 CAYUCO
  A Brand new wine! Bright and bubbly, this Prosecco-style wine will please any palate. Made from Cayuga White, this dry white wine couldn't get any better. A must at all your picnics!
• 2022 DRY RIESLING
  A favorite of our staff, enjoy our Dry Riesling with crab cakes or roast chicken. The touch of citurs zest and a rich texture complement the long, clean finish created by malolactic (secondary) fermentation.
• 2023 CLASSIC RIESLING
  A delectable and medium-dry Riesling with wonderful fruit. White peach, apple, and gentle floral complement a soft finish. A premium example of a Finger Lakes Riesling.
